How to use WildBatch

Make the most of your bamboo capsule—tiny dose, big clean.

Our all‑in‑one cleansing powder is soft on skin, tough on dirt, and easy on the planet. Here are the fastest, cleanest ways to use it on trail and in daily life.

  • Hand & Face Washing

Sprinkle a pea-sized amount into your palm, add a few drops of water, lather up, and rinse.
To avoid splashing the powder and to save water, we suggest wetting your palm first, then sprinkling on a pea-sized amount and lathering directly.
As a face wash, WildBatch powder soap also removes makeup and sunscreen.

  • Body & Hair* Washing

Body: Wet your body, add powder directly to your skin, and lather up. For extra coverage and to get more out of each capsule, we recommend sprinkling the powder onto a loofah or washcloth first.
Hair: Wet your hair, add powder into your palm, lather it up, and apply to your wet hair.

*We recommend only using WildBatch as a shampoo on short hair, as longer hair will require a larger amount of powder.

  • Hand-Washing Clothes

Mix 2 capfuls of powder with approximately 1 gallon of water, or 1 capful for a small hotel sink.
Soak your clothes, scrub as needed, rinse, and hang dry.

  • Pots and Pans

Sprinkle onto a damp sponge or cloth, scrub, and rinse. You can also use the 3-bin method by adding 2 capfuls into 1 gallon of water.
Note: WildBatch powder soap contains mild surfactants, so it may not foam as much as regular detergents. This doesn't mean it's not cleaning effectively, less foam simply reflects a gentler formula, not less cleaning power.

WildBatch is 100% biodegradable, but biodegradable doesn't mean dump it in the lake. Follow Leave No Trace principles: rinse at least 200 feet (about 70 steps) from any stream, lake, or water source.
